🧀🥘 Paneer Cheese Dosa – Crispy, Cheesy & Loaded with Flavour!

Ingredients:
Dosa batter
Grated paneer
Grated cheese
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped capsicum (optional)
Finely chopped green chilli (optional)
Butter or ghee
Salt
Red chilli powder
Chaat masala
Tomato ketchup or schezwan chutney

Recipe:
1️⃣ Heat a dosa tawa & spread a ladleful of batter thinly.
2️⃣ Add 1/2 tsp butter or ghee on top.
3️⃣ Once slightly cooked, spread ketchup or chutney evenly.
4️⃣ Sprinkle red chilli powder, salt & chaat masala.
5️⃣ Add grated paneer, cheese, onions, capsicum & green chilli.
6️⃣ Cook until base is crisp & cheese melts.
7️⃣ Fold & serve hot with coconut chutney or just as it is!
