Crispy Veg Burger – Evening Snack Special

🧺 Ingredients:
2 burger buns
2 aloo tikki or potato patties
1/4 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
1 sliced tomato
1 sliced onion
2 cheese slices
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Butter for toasting

👩‍🍳 Method:

1. Heat a pan and toast burger buns with a little butter till golden.
2. Cook or shallow-fry the potato patties until crisp.
3. Apply mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun and ketchup on the top half.
4. Place lettuce, crispy patty, tomato slice, onion slice, and cheese slice.
5. Close the bun and lightly press.
6. Serve hot with fries and a dip of your choice.
