Paneer Butter Masala Recipe
🧂 *Ingredients:*
➤200g paneer (cubed)
➤ 2 tbsp butter
➤ 1 tbsp oil
➤ 1 bay leaf
➤ 1 onion (finely chopped)
➤ 2 tomatoes (pureed)
➤ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
➤ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
➤ 1 tsp red chili powder
➤ 1 tsp coriander powder
➤ 1/2 tsp garam masala
➤ 1/4 cup fresh cream
➤ Salt to taste
➤ Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
🍳 *Instructions:*
1. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add bay leaf and chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell goes away.
3. Stir in the tomato puree. Cook until oil separates from the masala.
4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add a little water to adjust the consistency and bring the gravy to a boil.
6. Add paneer cubes and cook for 5–7 minutes on medium heat.
7. Add cream and garam masala, stir gently. Let it simmer for 2 more minutes.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves and a drizzle of cream.

Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed basmati rice.
