Gajar ka Halwa

🥕 A rich, warm dessert straight from the heart of Indian kitchens!

🧺 Ingredients:
🥕 Carrots (grated) – 1 kg
🥛 Full Cream Milk – 1 liter
🍬 Sugar – ¾ cup (adjust to taste)
🧈 Ghee – 3–4 tbsp
🌰 Dry fruits – as you like (cashew, almonds, raisins)
🌿 Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

👩‍🍳 Let’s Make It!

1️⃣ Boil & Soften
Add grated carrots + milk to a thick pan.
Cook on medium flame till milk reduces. (⏱ 30–40 mins)

2️⃣ Sweeten It
Add sugar. Stir & let it thicken again. 🍯

3️⃣ Ghee Magic
Add ghee and cook till the halwa leaves sides of the pan. ✨
