Gajar ka Halwa

π§Ί Ingredients:
π₯ Carrots (grated) β 1 kg
π₯ Full Cream Milk β 1 liter
π¬ Sugar β ΒΎ cup (adjust to taste)
π§ Ghee β 3β4 tbsp
π° Dry fruits β as you like (cashew, almonds, raisins)
πΏ Cardamom powder β Β½ tsp

1οΈβ£ Boil & Soften
Add grated carrots + milk to a thick pan.
Cook on medium flame till milk reduces. (β± 30β40 mins)
2οΈβ£ Sweeten It
Add sugar. Stir & let it thicken again. π―
3οΈβ£ Ghee Magic
Add ghee and cook till the halwa leaves sides of the pan. β¨
