Matki Bhel – Healthy, Tangy & Protein-Rich Snack!

Looking for a chatpata yet healthy snack? Try this Matki Bhel made from sprouted moth beans (matki) — rich in protein, fiber & perfect for your cravings!

🧺 Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted matki (boiled)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1 green chili (optional, finely chopped)
1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 lemon (juice)
Salt to taste
1/4 cup sev or murmura (optional for crunch)

🥣 Instructions:
1. Take boiled matki in a mixing bowl.
2. Add chopped onion, tomato, green chili & coriander.
3. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder & salt.
4. Squeeze lemon juice & mix well.
5. Add sev/murmura just before serving for crunch.

🥄 Serve immediately as a refreshing snack or light meal!

🌱 Tip: You can enhance the flavor by adding boiled potato, cucumber, or pomegranate.
