🧀 Ingredients:

For the Paneer Tikka:
– 200g paneer (cubed)
– 2 tbsp thick curd
– 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
– ½ tsp turmeric
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– ½ tsp garam masala
– Salt to taste
– 1 tsp lemon juice

For the Pizza:
– 1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
– 2–3 tbsp pizza sauce or makhani sauce
– ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
– ½ onion (chopped)
– ½ tomato (chopped)
– Capsicum (optional)
– Coriander or mint leaves for garnish

🍳 Instructions:

1. Marinate Paneer:
– Mix curd, spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
– Add paneer cubes, mix well, and marinate for 20–30 minutes.

2. Cook Paneer:
– Sauté marinated paneer in a little oil for 5–6 minutes or bake at 200°C until golden.

3. Assemble Pizza:
– Spread pizza sauce over the base.
– Add a layer of cheese.
– Top with cooked paneer, onions, tomatoes, and capsicum.

4. Bake:
– Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F).
– Bake the pizza for 10–12 minutes or until cheese melts and edges are crisp.

5. Garnish & Serve:
– Sprinkle coriander or mint.
– Slice and enjoy hot!
